Clear Creek Crossing is a 110-acre mixed use development currently under construction at the intersection of I-70 and Hwy 58 at Clear Creek Dr in Wheat Ridge, where the western suburbs of Golden, Arvada and Lakewood connect.

A public-private partnership with its foundation built on improving local transportation infrastructure, the first phase added I-70 westbound ramps at Clear Creek Dr, just north of 32nd Ave. Improved access will lead the way for this exciting new mixed-use development including public spaces as well as trail networks, all connecting the Clear Creek Regional Trail to nearby neighborhoods — finally.

I-70 Ramp improvements constructed by Mortenson Construction for Longs Peak Metropolitan District and managed by Evergreen Development with oversight by CDOT. Project funded by City of Wheat Ridge through Renewal Wheat Ridge (URA) and Investing 4 the Future bond program approved by voters in 2016, supported by a 1/2 cent sales tax over 12 years.
